Day 32

Final readings:

- Dulcolax proves effective and my system feels a lot better, even if it is not 100% flushed. 55.6 kg likely reflects my true weight at this point.
- Full review of experiment to follow.

  1. 55,6KG for a man, that's hardly healthy unless you're shorter than 1m65cm. I mean it's ok, but don't loose more weitght.

Of course you're doing exercise, maybe be you should try some body building. Or target your fat level instead of your weight. Weight doesn't mean anything ...

  2. Congratulations on losing weight in your 30 days. I noticed that there is very little in the form of vegetables in your later dieting days. Perhaps this loss of fiber was what was decreasing your ability to stay regular?

  3. I think you are right ZuluYankee...there must have been some fibre/veg issues going on in the final stretch.

Geez...it's almost a year later, and I am actually a little lighter than when I ended this experiment. I've done very little exercise, and had many days of serious gorging...and the food I've been eating of late certainly hasn't been healthy. Looking at weight alone, the secret seems to be to come in some 10% under the breakeven every day on average...and this gives a nice buffer to splurge out every now and then!

    1. Some real geriatric properties are on show throughout this test.
